• All merchandise returns are for exchange or in store credit only.

• Return packages must be received within 7 days from shipment date.

• Return merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached.

• LRM is not responsible for return shipping charges.  

• Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and/or exchanges.

• LRM will Not except any returns that have been worn, damaged, perfumed or without tags.

• Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of upon receipt.                               **Subject to change on backorders or specialty items.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item at the fault of LRM or the manufacturer LRM will gladly exchange the item for an item of your choice at equal value.
